KCB Group Plc recently announced the resignation of Dr Nancy Asiko Onyango after she was appointed by International Monetary Fund (IMF). Nancy served as a non-executive director of the Group’s board since August 2017.

“Dr Onyango served diligently on the Board of directors since 2017. The Group Chairman on behalf of the Board takes this opportunity to thank Dr Onyango for her service and leadership and wishes her the very best in her future endeavours,” the notice stated.

Dr Onyango has joined IMF as the head of the internal audit and inspection office, which carries out independent evaluations of the firm’s internal control and governance processes.
